Store policy: Only active members have access to the Rose Shop. All sales are final. No refunds, only exchanges of equal or lesser value. If an item has been exchanged for a lesser value a store credit will be issued for the remaining balance. Rose Petal can be used in person and digital currency may be used when placing orders by phone or  email. To use your digital currency please provide the sale's associate with your Rose Petal Account Number.
